This instructional is packed with value. I have tons of instructional from Craig, Gordon, Giancarlo, and John Danaher, and I got tons of value from this one. I like the way Craig teaches. The concepts in this instructional will keep you busy for quite a while. He covers go behinds, high elbow guillotines, snap downs, and lots of entries to the front headlock. I really think most people who buy this instructional are going to find a lot of cool stuff they should learn.

I really like the single exercises: they improve mobility, allow for better technique and most importantly health. This course is good, I recommend it. But in some cases I would like more details.
