Just What I Needed
IBJJF Legal Leg Attack Secrets by Dean Lister
I’m a blue belt who has heavily practiced leg attacks since I was a 2 stripe white belt. I’ve never competed at the IBJJF but have one coming up. This is exactly what I needed to work on to keep myself out of trouble. Dean Lister has always been a favorite of mine and he breaks things down into an easy to understand and reliable format. How To Beat Bigger Guys: Guard by Bruno Malfacine
Lots of great and modified moves and techniques to help against larger opponents. I feel like this instructional shows a lot of stuff worth mastering as one of the smaller guys in my gym. It's fairly advanced which is to be expected when you are learning how to work against people with physical advantages.
