Great detail on finishing, and breaking everything down to understand.
Ice cream Kron
Fundamentals of Guard Passing by Kron Gracie
I bought this cause kron is just cooler than everybody.
Perfect for us roosters
The Omoplata by Kristian Woodmansee
There aren’t much rooster weight grapplers with instructionals so I had to pick this up. I wasn’t disappointed since Woodmanse is an amazing instructor and what he teaches is actually doable for me.

Title says it all
Close Quarters Guard Pass System by Yoshi Tamaki
It’s a passing system so you will have content to learn and perfect for years. The instructor is very good at explaining and pointing out the details.
Comprehensive
The Butterfly Effect: Setups, Sweeps, & Submissions by Nate Morrison
This instructional is unique since it shows both gi and nogi. It’s also comprehensive in the sense that is a whole game or “system”. You can play only this game until black belt and you will probably beat a lot of people.
Awesome
Octopus With Pajamas by Eduardo Telles
Telles does it again. After watching Craig Jones use the octopus guard on 99% of his rolls, I decided to learn it from the source. Wasn’t disappointed.
Perfect for sloths like me
The Turtle Guard Revisited by Eduardo Telles
Face it, you signed up to bjj to fight without wrestling or taking punches. This is a great guard to learn from the source himself for us lazy but effective grapplers.
What a time to be alive
The Complete No Gi Guard Passing System by Marcelo Garcia
I grew up watching Marcelo become a star after ADCC so it’s just amazing to se such a comprehensive instructional from him. Will definitely get his other ones.

Incredible
Closing The Gap by Michael Pixley and Heath Pedigo
Great overall fundamentals for wrestling
Great instructional for a fauller side control game
PTSD Submissions From Side Control by Robert Drysdale
I'm very pleased with this purchase. I feel I've been shown a system of submissions from side control, which I'll definitely utilise, as I tend to usually use side control more as a transition position to mount and will catch submissions if I can on the way, so this should be helpful to my development. His instructing is absolutely fantastic too and he emphasises technique and weight distribution, which also really appeals to me. I really like how he uses his knowledge of BJJ history too, to highlight interesting and tested techniques without making it as long as a Danaher instructional.
the fastest way- no gi guard passing

The Art & Science Of Locking The Shoulder From Closed Guard by Denny Prokopos
Three things: 1. The concept of locking the shoulder, or Danaher's "top lock" is so powerful yet so underutilized in my game. No more. I know working on this will get me to more armbar finishes. 2. Understanding the game of patience in the spiderweb will upgrade my armbar game. Mr. Peterson in "teach me grappling" has an awesome finishing series from "spiderweb" but there were some new details I loved seeing in this video. 3. The concept of continuing your attack when he stacks you from shoulder lock is invaluable Bonus idea- We all know how to position our legs for a proper triangle: his left arm is out, his right arm is in, your right leg cuts across his neck to start the triangle. I didnt know there I had heard of dead orchard, but didnt know it was a reverse triangle over the neck and that it would be so useful and immediately offer an attack of the locked arm. So left arm out, right arm in, LEFT leg goes across his neck and right leg over left, and attack the RIGHT arm bc the right shoulder is locked. Very cool.

Another Lachlan Giles Masterclass
No Gi Open Guard Volume 1: K Guard by Lachlan Giles
If you’ve purchased his videos before, you know what’s in store. If you haven’t, you should know that Lachlan Giles is an amazing instructor. He breaks down the most important elements in easy to understand ways, and gives you common responses that you will see while sparring. The videos introduce you to the technique, its importance positionally, how to set up a game plan, and how to set up entries/attacks and its connection to other open guard positions/setups. I’ve wanted to establish a better no gi guard game, having mostly trained in the gi. This video has really helped me understand k-guard and its use for leg lock entrances in particular. I’ve been training over a year, and I am still fairly new to the leg lock game, but this series of videos has given me some invaluable insights. Giles provides a solid foundation to k-guard, making the complicated topic easier to understand. Money well spent!

Great mg tutorial
The Complete No Gi Guard Passing System by Marcelo Garcia
I really like this tutorial, it is as good for passing than it is to learn about the defense against a passing opponent. Really like MG teaching style. He is as good as a teacher as He is as a grappler.
Must have in your library.

Pavel is a master of condensing a tremendous amount of technical information into concise, actionable segments.
