best gi bottom game out there
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older and Less Athletic - Bottom game: Gi by John Danaher
John gives you a complete game. Not just playing bottom position, but actually getting there. this includes from guard pulls in addition to escapes. he doesn't assume everything is going to go right for you. it doesn't matter how good your guard is if you can't get there. so John does a fantastic job at helping you get there from bad positions such as mount, bottom side, etc. this is the best gi bottom game on the market. can't recommend it enough.
Fastest way
The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position by John Danaher
After learning some of the concepts and ideas from this video series I’ve finally become comfortable in the standing position, I’ve even started hitting takedowns on people who use to take me down all the time, and I expend way less energy and time
I’m now a d1 wrestler. Jk, I still pull guard. Thanks John!
The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position by John Danaher

amazing
The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position by John Danaher
This is single handedly the best instructional and content of standing game next to maybe wrestling university on youtube. super digestible. i have ZERO stand up experience. and videos say what to do but until someone explains to you WHY you have to do certain things then you get to understand the procedure. Danaher presents this in a systematic procedure based attacking system. VERY useful and digestible. in just about a month I started hitting single legs on my opponents. If you have never wrestled and want to start learning stand up then I highly recommend.
Joel Knows!

Mr Tudors way of teaching makes it very easy for dumb folks like me to learn and quickly apply his techniques to my game! A Must Have.
No Gi Techniques From the Turtle Master
The Naked Turtle by Eduardo Telles
Telles is one of my favorite BJJ practitioners, and he's been incorporating wrestling techniques into BJJ long before anyone else. His turtle guard helped me develop unconventional defenses as a beginner, and now I'm trying to incorporate more of the attacks he's refined into my developing offensive game. Awesome stuff.
Danaher makes standup fun.
The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position by John Danaher
I was always afraid of standing during grappling because of how little I knew. Now I love standing and try to put more training time than in past.

I really like Mugzy.
Ankle Pick Anthology by Keelon Jimison
I really like mugzy and really enjoy his content. I really think he's an amazing wrestler and super fast and talented. His ankle pick is super sick and I've added it since watching Caels video on wrestling fundamentals. It's been a solid move. With that said though. I'd save your money. There's better content on the ankle pick on here but this was a super cool try from the influencer Mugzy.
