IBJJF Legal Leglocks by Luiza Monteiro
I have been slowly working through Luiza Monteiro's leg lock instructional for the past year, and I highly recommend it. I train in both gi and no gi, and it has been difficult for me to translate no gi leg attacks to the gi and following the IBJJF ruleset. This instructional has helped me bridge that gap, using grips and traditional gi guards to offset the inability to reap.

For some, half guard has always been a uncomfortable topic. However, by watching and studying this instructional, it will allow you to better grasp the position as a whole. Personally, I’ve had great success in the gym with some of the techniques. As an illustration, I was able to surprise a training partner with a half guard sweep. Philosopher Danaher does an excellent job explaining how and why the fundamental techniques of half guard work. Thus, this video is well worth the money.
