Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu: Standing Guard Passing by Nicholas Meregali
Meregali's concepts on top pressure and outside passing have been an instant boost to my game. In particular, the concepts he uses to explain how to use your body and grips to generate pressure from the top and where, specifically, to aim or place that top pressure have been a huge help. I've gone from just "trying to be heavy on top" to understanding how to actually be heavy and where to put that weight to stifle my opponents game. Super useful, can't recommend it enough!!

Knee In The Middle Guard by Jamie Cruz
Jamie Cruz is concise and to the point with his clear instructions. He also includes the finer details to ensure both newer and seasoned students of the art are quick to pick up concepts that the techniques rely on to be effective. If you've been scared to open your guard because you fear losing control of your opponent and are not sure what to do, this is the instructional video that you need. Packed with control, leverage, angle, and attacks... the best use of energy for a favorable outcome! Lots of golden nuggets that will surely improve my Juijitsu game. Will be rewatching this many more times to make sure I absorb it all so I can dominate my opponents. Muahaha! *Evil Laughter*

After learning Meregali's top pressure game blueprint, my passing and controlling has gone up exponentially.
