Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu: Standing Guard Passing by Nicholas Meregali
I have been studying Meregali’s technique for over a year now and have had phenomenal results. He is very good at breaking down each move into bite sized parts. I no longer feel vulnerable in dangerous situations as I can rely on his technical details! I cannot recommend his instructionals more.
