Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Single Leg X Gaurd and X-Guard comprehensive - well chosen - explanaitions on point
Fundamental X Guards by Tony Trammell
Professor Tony Trammell provided an excellent instructional about: Entries to SLX and sweeps and straight foot lock and how they are connected between each other. He points out every crucial detail about how to enter and how to sweep. About the straight foot lock and its variations. The variations cover what to do when your oppenent tries to get rid of each of vour legs and when the opponent tries to stand up to defend and when tries to role out. The x-guard sequence starts out of the single leg x. He covers sweeps and back takes. In the thrid sequence you get straight forward and high percentage passing options also straight forward and wiith all curcial details. Perfect for an comprehensive toolkit to create your game out of it especially when it is your add on game or you want to be well rounded. Highly recommend!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Best escape instructional out there
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: A New Philosophy Of Positional Escapes by John Danaher
Top notch instructional. Great positional escape details that then transition into an attack sequence. This is very different from typical escape instructionals that just get you to a neutral position. IMO this is the best escape instructional available. Even if you are a beginner I would start here and develop this kind of mindset (going from defense straight to offense instead of neutral) and drilling these techniques and sequences. Anyone that has never bought a Danaher instructional, just do it, you'll be blown away by the ideas, details and coaching that can be applied at any level. I had started drilling the clamp and different ways to get to it as it was new to me Shortly there after, during a live roll i escaped side control to half guard then to the clamp that led to an arm bar submission. I surprised myself and my training patner how easy and smoothly I went from a defensive situation one second to a submission in the next  I love BJJfanatics, learning stuff from the GOAT BJJ coach John Danaher here.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:A solid introduction to Foundation training
Introduction to Foundation Training by Jessie Salles
I had watched the you tube videos and also got the app, and was interested in learning more, This course is divided into 4 Sections, each is around 25-30 Minutes in the Intro Instructor Salas describes the course as a series of corrective exercises designed to address the leading causes of Chronic pain there is a lot of information on here and he often links the "technique" he is teaching to Jiu Jitsu, like when going over some breathing he relates it to breathing when someone is on top of you there is a mixture of stances movements , exercises and breathing through out The 4th section focuses on Mobility thru your spine and Hips and shows some movements you can perform with Kettle bells and the TRX trainer I believe this course can help people to try and avoid injury, improve thier movement patterns and breathing As an older student I think it will benefit me greatly if I am disciplined and stick with it

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great instructional with unique info for seated players
Seated Solutions by Jon Satava
Really liked this instructional. It’s unique information that’s hard to find elsewhere and fits into an aggressive system. Most people just go for the usual supine recovery — which is fine if you’re playing a supine guard. But here you can be back up to an aggressive stance in no time.
