Under Pressure: Retention, Recovery and Attacking From Guard by Brian Glick
After my injurie I will try to use the clamp a lot that is such a good position and Brian Glick is a master of that position. I think his work deserve more attention. But I wish this DVD was less expensive as sometimes it makes reference to other instructionals from John and Gordon and I can t buy them all. So the instructional could have more details for example the part on the escapes from bad positions. Otherwise great content

Protect and Serve by Freddy Trillo
I like all the takedowns and control that this instructional provides. I have used a few controlling techniques on the job already! What I like about Officer Trillo, is that what he is teaching, he has personally used on the job and that says a lot about both the person teaching and what is being taught, especially if it works, and it does!

Greco Wrestling Skills For Folk & Freestyle by Joe Rau
The preview lesson attached to the listing of this instructional is worth the $77 alone. I was honestly mind blown by several of the details Joe shows on underhook defense. I actually stumbled upon this accidentally when searching for Jason Rau, but man I'm glad i found Joe Rau. I've taken wrestling classes with several former UFC fighters and also own Garry Tonon's Shoot To ****, multiple standup instructionals from Danaher, and the defensive wrestling instructional from Kyle Dake, Joe's instructional still managed to point out a few details that none of those other instructors articulated and he did it in a fraction of the time. Just buy it, you won't regret it. More people need to know about this guy. And no I don't personally know him. And yes I know it sounds like I'm riding his nutzz.
