New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Mounted Pin Attacks - The 4x4 Mount System by John Danaher
For anyone who feels much more comfortable in side control, where they can control a round, but don’t necessarily have high percentage dangerous attacks, this video is a must. It will make you way more comfortable transition to mount, keeping mount, and having attacks that are way more threatening than side control attacks. If you are only going to get a few of JD’s content, this set should be high priority.

Float Like a Butterfly by J'den Cox
What I like about this video is that it goes in to great detail about a few thinigs. It is comprehensive in it's depth rather than breadth. Too many videos try to show every single take down ever invented. J'Den shows his system of limited moves but how they all work together to give a comprehensive attack. One thing that he doesn't give himself enough credit for - he is an amazing athlete, so smooth and balanced that an average HS athlete might not be able to make some of these transitions without a lot of training. He also uses a balanced attack alternating the lead foot which might be awkward for some kids. Definitely worth watching and getting good ideas. I really like his arm drag and underhook series.

The Pillars Of Defense: Leg Lock Escapes and Counter Locks by Gordon Ryan
I get so much out of each of Gordon's instructions. Such valuable insight is delivered right to your person instantaneously. These dvds are packed with information and may overwhelm the watcher initially. Take chunks at a time and work on them. Integrate them during drilling, Q&A time at the end of class, during open mat and more. My game has grown exponentially. I am grateful for the platform and the instruction from Danaher, Gordon, Lachlan, and more! 100% worth every penny (and then some)!
