Championship Catch Wrestling: The Knee Bar by Josh Barnett
A great deep dive on the knee bar! Creates a great understanding of how it works so that you have the knowledge to adjust ans needed and get the finish. Since I compete in a region that only permits straight leg attacks until brown/black this is a super valuable tool that I’m excited to work.

Awesome instructional with heavy emphasis on self defense
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Something for everyone
Power Switch Guard Retention and Genius Back Takes by Mikey Musumeci
Great instructional for all levels. At my still very low level even just the idea of addressing where the power is in the pass and addressing it correctly with correct frames etc. is huge, let alone all the entries to attacks and back takes he covers as well. This instructional is one that I know I can keep coming back to and will only get more from as my own jiu jitsu gets better.

New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Side Attacks - Building a Devastating Side Control System by John Danaher
As is the custom of the New Wave series, the precision of the movements demonstrated are inspired. I enjoy the detailed explanations as much as I enjoy the detailed demonstrations. All of the New Wave series are a must for anyone serious about nogi grappling.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great Roadmap from Position to Submission!
Position to Submission by Matheus Diniz
M. D. delivers pathways from closed guard, half guard and open guard to sweeps, dominant positions to submussions. Whenever possible never letting go of the first grip. The same will be offered from top started from guard passing. Great to get an overall idea of jiu jitsu too!

Coach bane is a guarantee. It’s nice having a complete system from him.

Keeping it real and getting straight to the point. Effective and straightforward teaching of key techniques. Great details for leg lock application and defense. Would recommend, even if the language is a little NSFW.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Compact but still very detailed butterfly position instructional!
Best of Butterfly Guard by Cesar Casamajo
C. C. is showing butterfly sweeps, butterfly guard passing, a follow up to mount and two submissions from side control. First he teaches three basic butterfly sweeps and also shows how to combine them. Then he explains his butterfly guard passing concepts and shows his techniques for passing straight forward and passing based on countering sweeps. Well rounded by showing a technique how to mount after passing and explaining to submissions from side control. Highly recommend!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Shinya Aoki doesn’t need introductions
The Aoki Back Attack System by Shinya Aoki
One of the best grappling artists sharing his secrets…
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Rank #1 among all the various knife defense systems out there
Knife Defense For The Street by Burton Richardson
I've studied a number of knife defenses before. It's amazing to see how there are very different approaches to dealing with the knife. There are so many positions. In all the previous ones that I've studied, I always had doubts. This knife defense system that's being taught by Burton is outstanding. He is always honest about his techniques. He has taught in this course the pros and cons of each existing defense system, including the ***** in his armor as well as its remedies. What I like the most with his system is that it's all pressure tested. In this course, he will share sparring drills that will reveal the effectiveness of the style. It's an all out sparring, the closest but safest possible to a real knife attack scenario. This is a far cry from the silliness of most other trainings out there which will give one false confidence, costing one's life when actually attacked in the real world by uncooperative attackers. Knife defenses: 1. Run/escape - this is touched here, but not trained. C'mon, anyone can just train by sprinting every morning. Better yet, study parkour, but parkour isn't included in this instructional obviously. 2. Grapple with the knife - PRIMARY defense, very important and essential skill that everyone must and can acquire, regardless of strength and size. This is the focus of this instructional. EXCELLENT training, comprehensively covered here. 3. Strike the attacker - merely secondary and complementary. This has lower percentage of success, but may also come in handy. Barely discussed here. Just train Boxing or Muay Thai at some other place as a SUPPLEMENT to this course. This is my 2nd instructional from Burton. I wish I could meet him someday! Really good guy.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Really Good Stuff
Lapel Chokes From Everywhere by Miko Hytonen
I have been following Miko's videos on Instagram for a while. Somehow, I didn't know he had an instructional but bought as soon as I was aware. This is really good stuff from the content to Miko's ability to instruct. Love this video and hope he puts out more content.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:One of the best
The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
This instructional is considered one of the best for a reason. I love the sections where Giles gives solutions for standing opponents and ways to get them back down on the ground to their knees
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Escapes as they should be
Escapes Engineered For Guys Over 40 by Thomas Rozdzynski
Bjj is the art of the weak to survive the strong… we shouldn’t rely heavily upon athleticism.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great arm drag theory
In-Depth Arm Drags by Jeff Glover
Has a unique yet comprehensive approach to the arm drag . (Brick wall section especially interesting) if I had to nit pick I’d would’ve preferred maybe a lil more roll footage a commentary n maybe a tiny bit more depth on the seated arm drag . That being said the arm drag entry from standing alone is worth the buy.. highly recommend
Nice video and detailed strength
The Perfect Lifting Workout by Nick Rodriguez
Nice video and detailed strength program, but wished it was more structured in terms of info.
Excellent Instructional

Escapes Engineered For Guys Over 40 by Thomas Rozdzynski
T. R. created a series focused on mount and side control escapes and half guard based escapes. The mount escapes are mainly based on elbow escapes and trap and roll variations to reguard or land on top. The half guard part is based on reguarding and sweeping. It is concept focused and hevis referring to this concepts within every part. Recommend!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Just AWESOME! Been trying to
Systematically Attacking the Guard Body Lock Study by Gordon Ryan
Just AWESOME! Been trying to get my head around the finer details without success and had nearly given up. Now I have a reference to slowly work through any problems that I encountered. I've already come back to it several times to understand where I went wrong and the answer was there each time. This is more and Oxford Dictionary than a quick course that you watch once and understand. I think it's amazing we have the technology to tap into world class practitioners all over the world and get of them things that took them YEARS to figure out... mind-blowing where BJJ will be in just 5 years with this platform and shared information.!!!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:The cradle changed my top game

He provides all the details needed to begin assimilation of the techniques in a straight forward manner. Will definitely be purchasing his other products.
