How To Tap Higher Belts: The Secrets To Getting Good At Grappling Fast by Jay Rodriguez
This has a great assortment of things to develop in your game as you learn basics. Building on basics, and having more advanced tools in your game help the plateaus that we go through as newer guys learning the ropes.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Gotta love a knee bar and whole system around hunting it
King KneeBar by Bendy & Katie Casimir
Really great instructional and a reasonably simple system around the knee bar which anyone should be able to implement into their game. I feel the knee bar has kind of fallen by the way side which is a shame because it's always been my favorite leg lock, so it's great to see Bendy and Katie showing a very effective system around hunting the knee bar. I hope they come out with a part two. Highly recommend this to everyone.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Awesome

Great
King KneeBar by Bendy & Katie Casimir
I 1st came across these 2 on my youtube feed and ever since I've been hooked on their videos. They take an interesting approach to the kneebar that I've never seen before and lets just say my opponents have never seen before either haha. Most of my subs come from using this method, definitely worth learning.

Building a Better Guard by Italo Moura
Great instructional with a lot of core concepts that will help you build your guard game from scratch. Rather than watching the whole thing at once, you should choose a topic to focus on that Italo addresses and then work on that for a week. If you do that with each topic in this instructional, your guard game will improve dramatically!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:FUN TIMES
The Donkey Guard by Jeff Glover
I had so much fun watching this video tutorial that I watched it all at once. The next day I was in a rush to the gym to try these techniques out. A great set about how it is useful and important to also think outside the box and where it can take you on your bjj journey. Informative and educational. When things are fun, there is enough motivation even when things are hard.

Systematically Attacking the Guard Body Lock Study by Gordon Ryan
I’ve purchased quite a few instructionals since I have started BJJ, this is one of the most in depth and easy to learn from that I have bought in memory. Learning how to combine body locking with half guard passing has become a absolute game changer for me and has helped me pass training partners above my level in the gym and others in competition with relative ease.

Diamond Concept: The Diamond Guard Frame, Shield, Elegant, Pedal by Xande Ribeiro
Implementing Xande's Diamond Concept had an immediate impact on my ability to get out of situations where my opponent was using heavy pressure and my understanding of guard retention. He teaches using a concept and principles approach that can be applied to limitless situations rather than teaching techniques that are only applicable in a specific scenario. I recommend this for any belt level.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Low risk high reward takedowns
Precision Foot Sweeps by Steve Mocco
I love foot sweeps for no gi grappling. They are low risk takedowns and useful to set up other throws. Sweeps to single leg is my favorite combination and I have hit it multiple times against other white belts.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Sweeps
Precision Foot Sweeps by Steve Mocco
Great instructional to an excellent resource for wrestlers and BJJ practitioners looking to add a new dimension to their takedowns. Mocco's clear explanations and detailed demonstrations make it easy to understand and implement the techniques. The integration of wrestling foot sweeps can also help adapt to different situations for judo opponents. Overall, the foot sweeps can be a valuable addition to anyone’s arsenal, and enhance their chances of success on the mat. Highly recommended for any wrestler or jiujitsu practitioners looking to improve their game.

Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Nasty Control & Sneaky Submissions by Bernardo Faria
I got the video in the morning, and by evening class was using the concepts from what I watched so far with great success. I was rolling with one the bigger guys my size and age, (middle late 40s over 200lbs) got him into the nasty side control on section 1, and basically crushed his will to fight until he gave me his arm for a kimura. I had never controlled someone that easily for that long. The control was so solid I never really felt in danger. Great content. Solid basics. Exactly my speed. Thanks Bernardo!
