Magid is thorough in his analysis and offers instruction on the techniques that worked as well as concept analysis. It’s a unique product that stands apart from the other instructional’s I have bought. The knee wedge sweep is gold. Worth the time and money in my humble opinion

I was looking at several different instructionals for passing the half guard in gi, and I watched some of Luiz Dentinho's videos online and really liked his approach to Jiu Jitsu. I really like his style of methodical and controlled passing along with implementing pressure. This is a great instructional if you're looking for a solid approach to passing the half guard in the gi.

If you like the double wrist lock/kimura sequence, he is going to offer you a few new wrinkles on how to find it and finish your opponent in this video. He also offers you ways to set up juji gatame out of the clear blue. There's no one quite like Sakuraba.

I had a pretty solid Kimura Trap game prior to this series, But I really leveled up several steps almost overnight with Lachlans videos, He covers the problems and sticking points that I’ve been having for quite awhile now and provides alternatives and solutions for those times where you have the kimura- but cant finish due to weak or poor positioning. All the escapes my training partners had like going flat- are now gone and they don’t know what to do or how to get away. Really well done series- easy to watch and apply, well worth it if you love the trap:)

I’ve been a fan of Roy’s teaching style for many years and was excited that he released a program on BJJ fanatics. 3 volumes and plenty of easy to digest info, Roy also demonstrates easy to apply fundamentals that even myself used in training right after watching the instructional. Also, after purchasing, you receive a pdf file that compliments the instructional. This is great info for all belts from beginners to the most seasoned black belts.

The Cowcatcher by Neil Melanson
I had been waiting for a deeper look at cowcatchers for submissions since coming across Coach Neil's Catchwrestling Formula series. The Cowcatcher is a very concise instructional that presents how versatile this hold is, as Neil shows how it links up with some of his brutal guillotine variations and chokes from his Headhunter series, beautiful side triangles, lightning arm bar entries, butterfly sweeps and rolls, standing to ground concepts, as well as quick tips on linkages to backtakes and cradles. It's like a highly effective field manual for cowcatchers instead of a textbook.

My first instructional from Bernardo was side control and it was a game changer! Had no doubts when I bought this one and of course, justified my expectations 100%. Great great concepts and details, which will help you not only with over-under pass but all pressure-type passes and even solidify your side/mount too once you understand the principles of controlling the body and restricting the movement.
