The Z-Lock Complete Breakdown by Junny Ocasio
So glad I bought this! IMO it's a better control and finish position than double trouble. Junny does an A+ job of explaining entries, positional mechanics, submissions and trouble shooting.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:The Real Deal
Systematically Attacking From Top Pins: Mount by Gordon Ryan
The most expensive instructionals are Gordon's -but they are worth it. A style of teaching different to John's but the source is the same. I like it when Gordon gives the honest true: "Your instructor might tell you to do this move... but this is never gonna work on high level guys" I highly encourage any serious learner to invest in Gordon's and John's instructionals. They will save you so much time in the BJJ journey.
What I was looking for
I am not the best guard player there is. I feel much more comfortable on top, so wrestle ups from typical positions give me the chance to get back on top.
Great for warming up!

Blue belt here. This changed the way I see bottom position, jumping between the threats of sweeps and wrestle ups definitely seems to open a lot of things up. Highly recommmend!

Video is well done. Jiu-jitsu science in its finest. Best vid there is.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:omoplata the enemy into humiliation!
I originally bought this for two reasons. I wanted to learn to use my legs to attack better, and heard the omoplata was a good way, and two, Ryan Halls way of teaching and the pacing of his instructionals have been awesome (i got the modern guard one). That being said I was slightly disappointed to hear that he regards it as a weaker attack and didnt really go into fine detail for the attack. What was a pleasant surprise, was that after seeing how much control you can gain over your opponent, and that you can omoplata from all over, pretty much regardless of how they react, I was sold. I am excited to start applying in and demoralizing my enemies! (sorry training partners...) My opinion and expectations of what I was going to get changed, but my opinion of the caliper of Ryan Halls instructionals have only been solidified. Looking forward to more courses.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:easy to overlook biomechanics
The Modern Defensive Guard by Ryan Hall
Ryan Hall goes deeply in depth on how to frame with good bone support with pretty much every part of your body. there is a lot of wrestling up from those frames, which some people discourage (you may open yourself up to sweeps for more points for your adversary), but I enjoy throws and take downs so I love it. I also dont have any wrestling experience so it was that much more valuable. Not to mention the way he teaches is clear, and entertaining. Looking forward to more instructionals from him
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:I love this instructional!
The Scarf Hold The Soul Stealer by Henry Akins
I havent really used this in class because we are mostly doing positional training and the instructor hasnt taught anything like this, but I brought it to my martial arts club and played around with it, not only did i lock down my training partners, but the judo guys got all excited. it was different then their kisagatame and they all wanted to see the details that were different. My work schedule has prevented me from doing the open mats in my area, but I am looking forward to trying it on more BJJ centric people.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Awesome

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Invisible Jiu Jitsu by an OG
Thank you Master Pedro Sauer for sharing your skills. I like the emphasis on the feet-fighting. Such small details make a big difference how to defend the position or to look for the sweep. Great material. Thank you
