One of the best butterfly guard Instructionals I've seen. Highly recommended. Starts with basic grips and sweeping positions, goes into counters and some more advanced stuff. Lots of little details that makes playing buttterfly guard more effective.

So far this is the best passing video I have found. Some say Danaher is long-winded but I enjoy both the pace and depth of his lessons. This was my first video from him and I will be picking up more in the future.

What more can we say about John? He’s amazing! I bought this instructional because triangles are one of my favorite submissions in Jiu-Jitsu. I knew that triangles are a versatile submission but once I started my study, John has shown that there’s so much more to the triangle it’s self! I love the elimination of the shoulder detail because I am 5’6 in height and my legs are not long. It worked wonders! Must buy if you love triangles!!
