Submission Secrets by Alexey Oleynik
the insights and details are so impactful because the man has a dearth of knowledge in his 77 match career. I remember watching UFC 273 and how he submitted Jared Vanderra with a scarf hold. having him explain the how and why of this moves effectiveness is a godsend.

New Generation Lethwei by Dave Leduc
I already watch the Fondation of Lethwei who was pure gold and now you reach the next level. Dave shows and explain with the same energy a lot of combos with and without headbutt that are not common but logic, you opponent won't expect. Finally Dave give us his neck training routine.

Rody Lock: The Nick Rodriguez Body Lock System by Nick Rodriguez
👍
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Thrown together and hard to watch
Collar & Sleeve Guard a Systematic Approach by Isaac Doederlein
Not on par with quality of other videos on this site. Camera is clearly hand held and constantly shaking. It makes you nauseous. Audio is not the greatest. Appears done in single take as teacher and student and regularly talking to each other to figure out what they should do next. Teacher seems very knowledgeable, but would have loved to get more details rather than seeing 10 angles of everything with no narration in those parts.
game changer

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Greatest Instructional I have ever watched.
This is the greatest instructional I have ever watched. An absolute masterclass and a must-buy. Craig Jones is an incredible teacher, I’m so glad I found a teacher who talks about the differences between how MMA athletes and pure Jiu Jitsu athletes approach the bottom position. I was so confused on this topic for a long time, but Craig Jones has elucidated everything you need to know in this instructional. Highly recommend!!! Osu :martial_arts_uniform:

My guard is the weakest part of my game to the point that I actively avoid the position when possible. I am working to change that and I think his series of guard attacks will be crucial to this.
