Half guard anthology
The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
Get it now! This is a really good dvd, well explained and easy to understand.
Response from BJJ FanaticsThanks so much, keep improving!Buy it
The Catch Wrestling Formula by Neil Melanson
Great instructional. Clear and usable with a few savage moves that I would probably use on my training partners. But they’re nice to have understanding. If you have half guard players in your gym this is how to shut them down hard.
Response from BJJ FanaticsHalf guard no more :sunglasses::punch::skin-tone-3:Best dvd
The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
Without a doubt my favorite Half guard DVD!
Response from BJJ FanaticsAppreciate it man!VERY informative!
Systematically Attacking The Guard by Gordon Ryan
Perfect compliment to John Danaher’s series! Gordon explains everything in-depth and covers alternatives to counters. Very well done.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:If you enjoy pressure passing you’ll enjoy this for sure.
Pressure Passing Encyclopedia by Bernardo Faria
Great product. There’s a way to transition from any position or guard recovery and chain into a pass or variation of a pass shown here. Great breakdown and detail for each technique and scenario. Would recommend to anyone.
Response from BJJ FanaticsOsss :wink:Some really good stuff!
Wrist Locks From Everywhere by Travis Stevens
Very detailed, well worth the $$.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:wink:The Best at Instructing that I've Seen and Heard
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
I'm on vol. 4 of this dvd instructional set. I really like how Danaher gets to the heart of things. In particular, he goes over the rising shrimp (a combination of off-centered bridging to shrimping) to great extent. I actually like the repetition of mention on this, because he adds details to be specific and clear.
Response from BJJ FanaticsOssss :hugging:Awesome info on basic escapes and controls
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Great details on all techniques shown. Personally I think there was a little too much repetition - but it certainly hammers home the concepts.
Another great instructional...
The Catch Wrestling Formula by Neil Melanson
Coach Neil has a unique perspective. He New solutions to situations that I find myself in all of the time. This is a great video!
Tested sidecontrol position
BJJ Accelerator Blueprint by Stephen Whittier
I've enjoyed many Stephen Whittiers instructionals. Lot of them make sense, but real value comes from the mat lab. Today I tested the first position: sidecontrol under progressive resistance and it was good. Opponent could not improve his position or submit me even thou I let them take their best possible position. I know I was not perfect in transfering against stepping over my head (spinning back take - more practise and bottom side control will be a position where I can catch my breath...)
Response from BJJ FanaticsNice man, keep up the study/hard work!I love these videos
Sweep The World by Leonardo Saggioro
They are very helpful and easy to learn from. I wish I could buy them all!

High Precision Half Guard Vol. 2 by Jake Mackenzie
I am still working my way through the DVDs, but Jake DVDs are excellent so far. I have studied Bernardo's, and Lucas Leite DVDs and I would say Jake's DVDs are in the same orbit.
Response from BJJ FanaticsYou're gonna be the half guard master then! Keep studying/practicing!All system dy John Danaher
Triangles Enter The System by John Danaher
All system dy John Danaher is perfect. 100% work. And The Triangles super!
Response from BJJ Fanatics!00% agree too! Make good use of it!Pressure passing to the bone!
The São Paulo Passing System by Leonardo Nogueira
This is a good pressure passing series. I’m an older guy and have tried this passing system along with over/under. Even higher grades have a difficult time with them. I’m also able to slow the younger ones down a notch! I definitely recommend this series along with other pressure passing systems, for example Bernardo Farias over/under.

Reverse Triangle The World by Joel Bouhey
Quick lessons that helped shine light and options on using reverse triangles. Nice addition to my BJJ as an alternative the most I train with don't expect.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great, applicable series on guard retention.
Keeping the Guard by Alec Baulding
This series is extremely applicable. Alec Baulding's instruction is super clear, and all of the details he presents are very clear. Most of the series is directly drillable moments after watching it, and Alec does a great job sharing things to look out for and warnings regarding each technique. This is meat-and-potatoes jiu jitsu with just the right amount of details to improve your game. I am super happy I have purchased this and am looking forward to drilling this material more. The only downside is the DLR attack portion of the series is a bit sparse, but since that's not the focus of the dvd I don't count it against it. I just hope Alec comes out with a series as applicable as this one is for his guard system.

Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
If you are on the fence about getting these instructional videos, I highly recommend that you do it! In a short period of time, you will learn the lessons that most people take several months to obtain and years still to understand. Danaher covers many of the key initial concepts of jiu jitsu by troubleshooting and teaching the fundamental principles that will allow your techniques to become maximally efficient. Advanced jiu jitsu is the execution of the fundamentals without hesitation. Apply these principles to your arsenal, and you will feel like a member of the Danaher death squad. Learn from one of the best jiu jitsu instructors in the world, and become unpinnable by your peers!

The K.A.T.C.H. Leg Attack System by Dean Lister
Outstanding DVD/Digital on leg attack’s. A must add on to class instruction and preparing for upcoming tournaments. Dean Lister is someone I follow to improve by game. Oss
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Good Look inside Olympic Level for all Grapplers
High Level Takedowns and Mat Control for Grapplers by Henry Cejudo
Cejudo is as high level as a freestyle gets, and has a deeper understanding of technique than many may assume. For me personally, it helps with my breakdowns (selfish?), and more importantly my late (early 20’s) introduction to high level wrestling. And unlike Askren’s DVD, which is great, this isn’t aimed at wrestlers only. Great information on his over under clinch, single leg technique, and distance manipulation. Juice is worth the squeeze.
Response from BJJ Fanaticshahaha glad you liked man, keep studying!Great!!!
The No Gi Butterfly Guard Rediscovered by Adam Wardzinski

The São Paulo Passing System by Leonardo Nogueira
This DVD is a great instructional on not only the San Paulo system but also passing in general. Professor Leonardo provides some great small details that would be easy to miss otherwise. Highly recommend this DVD.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:excellent knack for explaining the smallest of details
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
I was blown away by the precision and extraordinarily detailed fashion of John's explanation of something I had not understood to be so complex. I am still extremely naive in my attempts to use strength over technique and quickly realized that strength has little to do with getting out of mount IF you use the techniques that John explains. I am only on volume 3 and trying to digest every word as quickly as i can! I feel so much more comfortable trying out offensive techniques knowing that I will be able to escape mount should i flub it up. It gives me the courage to attack without always resorting to what works so I have been trying new techniques to expand on my Brazilian jiu-jitsu vocabulary
Response from BJJ Fanaticshaha glad you liked man, keep studying and practicing :hugging:Amazing!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:blush:GRIT Review
GRIT - You should never have to perform at less than 100%
GRIT is the best recovery supplement on the market. It made me feel like I could crush every single one of my workouts without getting sore and with high energy. It also has really great flavor. I highly recommend this product. This is by far the best recovery drink out there.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:muscle::skin-tone-3:Effectiveness approved!
The Turtle Guard Revisited by Eduardo Telles
Since I started training, I’ve had bigger and stronger training partners, ending up in bad positions is hard for beginners, this is a great way to learn to be patient and get out of “bad situations”. Telles explains everything with great detail, please give it a try and you will see the effectiveness of the turtle guard! Pura Vida!

Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by Bernardo Faria
I just transitioned from GJJ to BJJ and the holes I had passing guard and sweeping were covered in a very well structured and simple way. Great knowledge that will make me company a long way to come.

Blue Belt Requirements 2.0 by Roy Dean
Very well explained and demonstrated. It's nice to have a limited set of techniques to start practicing, that work well together and cover the fundamentals. What i don't like however, is that we don't get to download the content on the this site. Even though the product is paid for in full. But this is a critique of Bjj Fanatics and not the fault of Roy Dean.
