Make Americanas Great Again by Henry Akins
The magic of Henry's courses lies in their simplicity. This is no exception. It's not the course of 500 ways to attack Americana and the infinite variations. Rather, it's what you need to know and the simple details to make it effective. That's it and that's all. I highly recommend it.

Arm Bar It All by Shawn Melanson
Shawn’s arm bar video is probably one of my most played videos. He breaks down the arm bar and his approach in a way that anyone could understand. Almost all these techniques I use often when I train and compete.

You just don’t know what you don’t know
Master The Move: The Shoulder Crunch Series by John Danaher
I have struggled with the shoulder crunch for many years with no success. I have watched many videos on YouTube but still struggled to hold onto it. With in the first ten minutes John showed me exactly what I was doing wrong. Then he showed a whole bunch more that I didn’t know I needed to know. NO ONE TEACHES THE FUNDAMENTALS CONCEPTS OF A MOVE LIKE JOHN DANAHER. This is why I keep commenting back to his Instructionals. Highly recommend as always.

From a beginner
Go Further Faster Bundle by John Danaher
There is a lot of content in this video series. I have made some partial progress through the series and I have to say this content is exceptional. Everything is broken down perfectly and easy to understand. I enjoy the content because of the details to get my body in the right place. I have seen a lot of progress taking this content and applying it in my practice at my gym. I am excited to finish this and continue practicing the content.

I am getting tired from trying all these pin escapes
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Very good. I have just begun to study these techniques. I am using them on my training partners at the gym but I haven't gotten good at them. I plan to focus on these pin escapes for a while. Unique theory of pin escapes that gives me options even when I can't identify exactly what pin the person is using. I have escapes for the standard positions but people who are really good at pinning tend to use non-standard pins.

As an older, smaller grappler, I finally feel like I have an answer to not getting smashed and held down in side control or half guard. I was able to be somewhat successful after just watching the first few lessons of chapter 1. So I can’t wait to fully digest the whole course.
