Full mount system
The Roger Gracie Mount System by Roger Gracie
Roger is not explaining ALL about mount, is teaching his own system. Which is interesting because we cut through the whole theory and go to something directly usable in fight. So you won't know all the details and theory, but he personnally chose techniques that work in randori and competition and what to do to manage the escapes and defenses. Useful, clear and not too complex to understand, though there are many layers of details to achieve the end positions. This is one of the rare courses that I managed to finish without suffering too much, because it's just long enough to learn everything about his system, but nothing else. The duration is fine and now I feel more equipped for this position! Thanks Master Roger!
