Game-Changing
The Battle Tested Half Guard by Bernardo Faria
This has been an excellent, nuanced, mature considered instructional. It is made by someone who has based their career off this guard, and taken it to multiple word championships. It has improved my game, giving it clear direction and purpose.
Awesome Instructional
Daisy Fresh WHITE BELT Wrestling Curriculum by Alejandro Wajner and Heath Pedigo
This was an awesome instructional! I'm a 40 year old white belt that has been training now for 1 year. These fundamentals are crucial and have helped to fill in a few gaps of knowledge that I was lacking to be more effective from stand up. I'm a very athletic man at 5'11 180lbs stacked and I don't want to be pigeon holed into pulling guard. I want the takedown component of my jiu-jitsu repetoire to be a strength of mine since so many often seem intimidated by it. Especially at the masters level (40+). I would love if you guys made a Daisy Fresh White Belt 4 stripe curriculum specific to no-gi!!!!

Back escape
The Pillars of Defense: Back Escapes by Gordon Ryan
Gotdon is a goat for the reason. Very detailed. Goes in depth more than Danaher escape. Especially for the triangle. Recommend it.
Sepi
Good instruction. Preview of what Krav Maga can do. More of standing up rather than ground fighting. If you wanna more ground fighting, I would go with Deborah Gracie.
Concise, effective and high percentage.
Upper Lower Chains Links that Solve Problems Faster by Josh Saunders
Josh has an excellent teaching style of being comprehensive in his explanation of the ‘why’ behind each technique yet very concise in his delivery. This makes the content easy to digest and retain, and more importantly seamless to recall on the mats. I like how all of the techniques shared are for key positions in the sport as part of an all encompassing approach. This instructional is clearly intended to make you a more well rounded grappler, rather than just focusing on one aspect of the game. I highly recommend and look forward to seeing more of the same in the future from Josh!
