Collar & Sleeve Guard a Systematic Approach by Isaac Doederlein
Fantastic video, easy to understand
Concise but packed with great info!
I have been following the Hanay brothers' success and had always admired the backtakes Yigit did in competition. Tried to replicate it by myself with no success :)) Now that I have finished this course I feel more confident. Lots of good info and I already see a couple of my mistakes. Also great that they have packed so much good information in such a short instructional. Highly recommend!
