Well Organized fundamentals!
Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu No-Gi by Bernardo Faria
An excellent collection of basic techniques! I really appreciate that this instructional follows a good order starting from standing working down to the ground. The amount of material is enough without being too overwhelming, only two to three techniques for each position. Bernardo starts each section explaining his thought process and strategy which helps with the learning process. If you are looking for a solid overview of no gi techniques, this is what you need! Also though Bernardo Faria is more well known for his accolades in the gi, he did take first in the first European No Gi Championship both weight and absolute and his expertise in no gi really shines in this instructional
