Butterfly Guard Rediscovered 3.0 by Adam Wardzinski
I have bought a lot of instructional and basically all were very good to great. But this one is outstanding in many ways. First of all you will not only get an instructional about the butterfly guard, but also lazy butterfly guard (a hybrid between half guard and butterfly guard) and single leg x guard. Adam has a lot of experience teaching the butterfly guard and although he is not a native speaker his English is very good. All the moves are sorted in a logical order which makes this instructional easy to follow and to remember the moves and concepts. Adam won the ibjjf black belt worlds in 2024 and the fight in the final is a real nailbiter and a testament to his ability and the shown concepts in this instructional. Thank you Adam Wardzinski and thank you bjjfanatics for offering this gem.
Highly recommend
