As usual with John Danaher, this instructional is extremely clear and thorough. He goes into the details that will make techniques work or fail in real life sparing. His instructionals are my bible and everytime I re-watch them, I realize some details I forgot.

Not just for old guys!
Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys Bottom Game: Half Guard and Closed Guard by Bernardo Faria
I’m a 140lber in a 185+ gym, so I’m often stuck playing bottom game. This redefined my view on half guard as “half-passed,” and gave me several extra tools to come up on top (occasionally).
Turns out keylocks aren’t just a big man’s game
Keylock Trap System by Vanessa Waltz
Immediately got some of the techniques to work in class against a heavier opponent, same rank. I’ve always struggled holding side control; isolating and threatening the arm locks extended my control time significantly.

Safe Early ACL Rehabilitation
Safe Early ACL Rehabilitation by Open Mat Physio
Good explanations and instruction. I want to know their thoughts on stuff like, What functional tests indicate ability to proceed to next level of rehab, What kind of discomfort is expected and maybe acceptable at different rehab stages vs what should I not feel, What are the options to discuss with the surgeon (yes, the surgeon decides on what they are capable of doing but if it isn't what you want, then get another surgeon), Are their any BJJ-specific rehab movements that can be done by myself or with a patient partner?

Very organized
Welcome To The Darce-Side by Travis moore
Travis organized this instructional beautifully. Explaining is also pretty good. The sound is not bad but could be better, the lightning is creating a little too many shadows, I give 5* anyway since content is great. I'm also having a small gap between image and sound but it might be the connection IDK

Great old school fundamental
The Top Game Submission Manual by Ken Gabrielson
Fundamentals never go “old school,” and Ken’s instructional videos are packed with invaluable insights. I strongly encourage him to release materials focused on bottom game and closed guard as well. His teachings are exceptionally solid. During my first viewing, I absorbed only about 1% of the content, yet his perspective on the “coffin” submission was nothing short of breathtaking in its simplicity.
