Unstoppable Defense: Mastering Takedown Prevention by Steve Mocco
There are some very good conventional and unconventional approaches to defending legs. Starting wrestling recently I was aware of the high crotch but not the amazing scrambling opportunities it presented. Steve shows you things you would never have thought of yourself (grabbing your own shin to defend the crack down) and his front headlock defense has really helped me in sparring. This will give you a very good idea of how to defend and make you a dangerous counter attacker.
Cuts like a knife
Hand Fighting Fundamentals by Steve Mocco
This stuff is great. For anyone familiar or unfamiliar with stand up this has got so much in it you will always use. I have started wrestling recently and it really helped me see opportunities, which translate to stand up bjj as well (and knee wrestling).
Excellent resource for break downs to pins
The title of this is a bit odd... I didn´t notice a claw in this. Having said that, if you want to control big guys (or anyone) this system is amazing. Steve has a tried and tested experience in wrestling, judo and mma. Highly recommended.
