Great Instructional To Learn the Details That Matter
Standing2Ground: Takedowns & Standing Skills For Jiu Jitsu by John Danaher
This instructional combined with Danaher’s fastest way really have helped me understand how to operate with No-Gi takedowns. Before this instructional I was working with techniques but had no way of understanding how to set them up. It was always a toss up if I could get to a technique I learned in class. Now I know exactly how I need to set up in order to get to the technique. Very much worth the money to develop a standing game.
A hidden gem
Chess Match Mat Wrestling by Nick Heflin
This is amazing. Very relevant to jiu jitsu, mma and other grappling scenarios. There are so many ways shown how to work on the mat which offer a lot of options for when you go live. If you want to master the turtle or crack it, this is for you.
adam rules
Polish Power Inside Passing by Adam Wardzinski

Why do we pummel? Here´s why.
The Complete Over-Under System by Zack Esposito
For many years I have been doing pummeling in bjj warm ups with almost no idea why we are doing it. This DVD shows loads of possibilities from the over under position. High quality and battle tested, something for every grappling style.
Exceptional
Mastering Mat Returns by Mike Malinconico
This is a fantastic resource for learning how to work from behind someone. Watching someone like Colby Covington you see so many interesting things but not many places that show how to do it and why. This is great, and shows many ways to mat return, a concept not really familiar to BJJ and Judo people, but incredibly useful in any grappling context.
half guard
The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
Lachlan is always clear in his instructions. Very good.
Neil is top tier
The Snap Guard by Neil Melanson
Melanson's decades of training really shows in his instructionals. ALL sorts of knowledge is dropped at a fantastic rate throughout each video.
A great way to understand the details
Standing2Ground: Takedowns & Standing Skills For Jiu Jitsu by John Danaher
No gi take downs are my weakest area of my game. This instructional along with Danaher’s fastest way instructional really helped me put together an effective standing game. Worth the money for sure!
ude gatame
Master The Move: The Straight Arm Bar Ude Gatame - The Fastest Arm Lock by John Danaher
great explanation of ude mechanics
Good intro to K Guard
No Gi Open Guard Volume 1: K Guard by Lachlan Giles

New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Side Attacks - Building a Devastating Side Control System by John Danaher
Some guys literally try and jump off the floor when I pass their guard. Awesome instructional.
Fantastic Way To Get Take Downs Up To Par
The Fastest Way: To Becoming Effective In Standing Position by John Danaher
No-Gi Takedowns were the absolute worst part of my game. I left a gym with a heavy hi emphasis after a move to a no-gi only gym (the only one for hours). This instructional helped me to understand my goals and tie ups to actually become proficient in basic takedowns.
One of the best instructionals on pin escapes
The Pillars of Defense: Pin Escapes - Defensive to Offensive Cycles by Gordon Ryan
I struggled with escapes for a long time. John Danaher’s pin escape instruction first changed all that. Recently, I felt the need to grow in pin escapes again. Gordon’s instructional helped me to add that little extra and go for counter attacks as I escaped. Awesome concepts and a great way to advance from escapes to counter attacks.

Effective & Unique
Escapes and Attacks From Bottom Side Control by Eli Knight

It Works but confused format
Solo Drills for Jiu Jitsu Ground Series by Ari Goldman
The videos are training sessions, not just demonstrations of drills. The drills used in the sessions are good, but the sessions are all different lengths, so they don't work as sessions you can do on a regular basis. So which is it- A training program to follow, or drills but you have to watch him doing full sessions of every drill before setting up your own work out?
the bteam top game

New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Side Attacks - Building a Devastating Side Control System by John Danaher
This instructional doesn’t just teach you techniques, it gives you the understanding of the problems and a clear picture of what it is you should be trying to achieve from each position. This is my first John Danaher that I’ve bought and I can see why they’re so highly rated. I’ll definitely be buying some others.
