Weight Training For Grappling by Michael Israetel
I am a Strongman transitioning into making BJJ my main focus so I would have liked if Dr. Mike delved a bit deeper into the advanced techniques although I agree that that is pointless for most people. I would have also loved if he spent a bit more time on balancing Bodybuilding (or other barbell sports) and BJJ. All that said even though I would have loved to have if there was a bit more in there this was still helpfully and DEFINTLY worth it if you aren't already a intermittent/advanced lifter.
