Been doing jiu jitsu for 3.5 months now. Admittedly, I was having trouble taking in all of the information - there's so freaking much I didn't know what to focus on and in real time it can be hard to think. However, watching Danaher teach and then trying to apply the principles in class has significantly sped up the learning process. Highly recommend this course. Fundamentals, a great defense, and continually showing up is the path forward. It is not easy, however, worth it. And this course will help you separate yourself as you put in the time studying.

Catch Wrestling Takedown Solutions by Yuko Miyato
This download is awesome. I was specifically looking for takedowns in catch wrestling and this was a recommendation. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I am so glad I did. It's not a laundry list of techniques, but key takedowns and excellent instruction on the basics and how to apply them correctly. I have incorporated these into my training and they work very, very well. If you are looking for some solid catch wrestling takedowns, I highly recommend this download. Yuko Miyato is fantastic!
