Basics To Advanced: The Low Knee Shield by Aaron Benzrihem
I have a few of Aaron's instructionals and they have all been great. A ton of content at reasonable price. They've been especially great when I want to start learning a new technique and am starting from scratch. I can spend $300 on a super high level player's instructional that briefly touches on the fundamentals but then mostly covers situations I'll never run into as a hobbyist or I can spend a fraction of the money on this instructional that covers every day situations. On top of that, Aaron is a fantastic teacher and explains everything in detail. Buy it!
