Very good !
Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
Wow ! I wasn't expecting that an instructional about basic moves (moves that if you are a blue belt you know them very well) would give me so much advantage because they are explained in a way that gives you every single idea behind the move and the reason it's used. You may say that you know the basic moves but probably just like me you didn't really knew why they're used or when they are used. Trust me you won't regret watching this instructional !

Amazing
Top Half-Guard Pressure System by The Mayara Custódio
I've been traing for two years and purchased this system recently to supplement my weekly training in class. I feel much more confident using Prof. Mayara's system. I watch her videos at home and practice the tecniques with a grappling *****. Drilling her system on the ***** is great to build and sharpen my base between classes. She does a great job explaining everything step-by-step with multiple angles. She covers so many steps and I am going to continue using her system multiple days a week.
