Head And Arm Masrtery Unleashing The Power of Kata Gatame by Luke Martin
Head and Arm Mastery: Unleashing the Power of Kata Gatame by Luke Martin
When you are an older grappler, inversion, K guard any thing requiring hip and leg flexibility becomes problematic over time. Arm and shoulder chokes remain effective using the fundamental positions you have always been able to incorporate in your game.

Over Under in No Gi
No Gi Pressure Passing by Bernardo Faria
The over-under guard pass in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a highly effective technique that shares many similarities with passing in the gi, especially in terms of pressure and positioning. However, in no-gi, several key details change, as control relies more on body positioning, head pressure, and weight distribution rather than grips. Mastering these small adjustments is essential to make the pass truly effective at a high level. Bernardo as always shows that moves in brilliant way. Highly recommend.

Toe Fold and Shin Locks by Joshua You

Don't like prey
Breaking The Triangle: Escapes, Counters & Sneaky Submissions by Joshua You
First off—the mindset shift. Most guys treat getting caught in a triangle like it’s game over. This instructional flips that on its head. Instead of acting like prey, you’re taught to stay calm, breathe, and start hunting from the worst position on the mat. That alone separates this from 90% of BJJ content.
