Ignorant Purple Belt
Judo For Older Jiu Jitsu Guys by Shintaro Higashi
If you need an adaptive takedown system as an older hobbyist grappler this is an excellent choice. However, you will need to be in a gym that has Coaches that are either knowledgeable in these technique, learn them or are willing to allow you to work on your own. I have been criticized for using adapted techniques for older grapplers as if they were not valid. It makes for a difficult training environment unless you have real Uke.
