Great insight into overlap between arts
Aikido Extensions by Bruce Bookman
I found the video insightful and fascinating. I have heard it said that in the days of aikido’s founding many who studied it came from solid backgrounds in other martial arts, for example, judo. It complemented and gave a breadth to what the martial artist already knew. This video keeps that tradition alive.
Incredibly Detailed!
Kimura: Enter The System by John Danaher
This is my first Danaher course and it is amazing. The level of detail he has and his ability to convey information is next level. He explains why behind things and doesn't just demand obedience because of his last name or his trophy collection. I definitely intend on acquiring more Danaher videos in the future.

Interesting guard to play
3 on 1 Guard Dominance by Andre Galvao
Professor Galvao shows a very interesting guard that is kind of a mix of 2 on 1 and spider. This guard can be used to off balance your opponent in many directions which opens up sweeps, submissions, and entries into other guards such as X guard. Very fun to play with this position.

We all need help on Escapes, Great practical explanations!
Mastering Jiu Jitsu Escapes From Bottom by Joe Woo
Nothing is worse than being stuck on bottom, and this instructional gives really practical ways to deal with it. I especially liked the side control and knee-on-belly escapes. Joe Woo explains the details and angles very clearly, and everything feels useful and realistic. Great value overall. We all love to work on passing, but I know I need to spend more time on bottom escapes, and this helped a ton. Well done. Good angles, explanation and doable by a non athletic late 40s Dad. This is a great reference to work from on improving from Bottom!
