I like this video A LOT. I am a second degree blackbelt and the way Rayron Gracie explains the details and his approach to closed guard I was able to learn a lot to a position i felt I was good at. Now i believe this is going to take my closed guard to the next level. I think this video will be a very important purchase for your arsenal. If you think of all the great champions he has trained with he gives you the best pieces of knowledge and details they shared with him and he narrows it down with a great approach to help the viewer retain it all.

The audio is very clear, as well as the instructions on the system. This is something I really like about Gordon, he is very clear, he is concise and it is an actual system, not just a bunch of moves clumped together in an instructional and sold for 100 bucks. I would recommend if you want to get this at its cheapest wait til its on a daily deal and they use a discount code so you get it for like 100 (which it is worth more than that)
