How to Pass Guards Quickly and Easily Using Leg Attacks by Craig Jones
Before watching this and Craig more generally my passing game was primarily wrestling and body lock based. The insights Craig goes over in this really changed my perspective on how passing could be much more dynamic and immediately threatening while also creating a dilemma between crushing pressure passes and fast leg submissions. Could not recommend enough!

Tactical Turtle by Neil Melanson
Neil Melanson really layers on the value. this is one of the best instructional on how to play turtle. It goes great alongside Eduardo Telles and Priit Mihkelson's turtle instructionals. Neil really provides a TON of tips, tricks and key principles of how to defend and attack in turtle. You can really create a ton of movement here utilizing these principles from especially catch wrestling. He is also hilarious and entertaining while being informative.

I find myself always going back and reviewing sections from this instuctional. I like how John explains the basics very clearly. I taught a kids class the other week and explained some concepts by parroting some of what John says and they got the techniques pretty fast. Great stuff.
