150 pounds and tapping people with pressure!!!
100 Kilos Kill System by Carlos Catania
I weigh 150ish pounds and the 100 kilo position demonstrated in this instructional has revamped my pressure game! With pressure orientated grappling coming back in style this is the perfect dvd to get ahead of the game and to be able to say “I told ya so!”

Response from BJJ FanaticsOSSSSIt Changed My Game
100 Kilos Kill System by Carlos Catania
100 Kilos helped me better understand using pressure to advance my position and to open up my opponents’ arms neck and back for more affective attacks. This system is AFFECTIVE. IT AFFECTS MY WHOLE GAME, and infects whoever I go with. Applied correctly, the bottom player loses time and position and must put maximum effort into finding space to escape, but their is no space that you don’t give them. 100KG that feels like 1000KG.

Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
As a smaller (5'8"/160) and older (52) dude, I find it difficult to control the giants in our morning class. Trying to hold traditional mount is only temporary... Splitting the legs with a Power Ride, however, I controlled at 250 lb'er for 4 minutes before he recovered a guard! Now this is worth putting the time in to learn!!
