Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Cradle Series!
The Catch Wrestling Formula by Neil Melanson
I'm an older beginner (late 40s) with a background in wrestling. When rolling I find myself regularly in a position to take cradle, and have been trying to figure out how to include it into my game. Coach recommended Neil's instructional, and it's been extremely valuable - I've already caught a couple guys with it. No doubt will pick up the rest of Neil's instructionals, and already bought his book on mastering triangles (whether my old brain will absorb it all is a different story). Wish I could learn from the man himself! But this is a second-best way to learn. Highly recommend.
