The Triangle Machine by Craig Jones
This may be a 2nd at best instructional, but it still deserves 5 stars. Craig does an awesome job showcasing some high percentage triangles from multiple different angles. This instructional is sweet and to the point. Great noteworthy details and not too much jumble in between that goes unheard. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to better their triangle game from any angle.

This is a perfect instructional. After watching the video, I found myself wishing that I could be Kayla's student. Her instructions are simple and clear, but highly valuable at the same time. With many instructionals, I find myself walking away confused and needing clarification. With Kayla's teaching style and content choices, I feel extremely confident, but neither overwhelmed nor underwhelmed. Great video! I recommend 100%.

Back when I first started bjj, I didn’t know any submissions so I would put the other newbies in the cradle because it was one of the few things I remembered from wrestling as a kid. Low and behold, there is an entire system on using this hood to attack. I love it!
