Scientific Gripping Systems For Jiu Jitsu by Travis Stevens
I never really thought about gripping. Somehow I ended up purchasing this class and it worth every penny. Travis Stevens how to really set the grips. In bjjj many people use sloppy grips. The pros of course have iron grips but don't talk about the technique. Since I have integrated some his advice my grips became a lot sturdier. Now people tell me after sparring: man, you are really strong!

New Wave Jiu Jitsu: A New Philosophy Of Positional Escapes by John Danaher
I can't praise this enough. The instructional is just shy of 10 hours long and John goes to a great detail when explaining techniques or even concepts. And it's those details that make the moves work. He also does a quick recap to emphasize the most important points at the end of every part of the video. No wonder they call him the greatest coach. Btw I've seen a video from a training camp for ADCC and there was a glimpse of John teaching one of the escapes from this instructional (the ankle trap escape).
