Before purchasing "leg lock anthology" I was terrified of getting into leg entanglements in training. Now I have such a good understanding of both attacking and defending heel hooks. A couple of month following this instructional has led to me tapping most people out in the gym with heel hooks.

Quentin demonstrates new, creative entries for leg locks in common situations in grappling. From set ups to finishes, all of his instruction is simple, systematic, and easy to replicate regardless of your level of athleticism. I particularly enjoyed the grips and wedges he employed to enhance leg entanglement retention. I have never seen these entries before. Anyone interested in increasing their percentage in leg lock submissions should purchase this instructional.

I own the other 2 open guard instructional from Giles. Absolute gold content, depth of material and Giles doesn’t spare on detail of instructional. I am really impressed by the content and value for money. Cannot speak highly enough of his instructionals!

Profé Rafael is not only my mentor, teacher, and friend, but he's also a distant cousin. lol. I love how he explains the techniques down to the smallest details, which is what really matters, in order for any and everyone to understand them. This is a man that has dedicated not only his entire life to the study and pursuit of martial arts, but to his family, friends, and students. He has a wealth of knowledge from real world personal experience from growing up in the some of the meanest streets of the U.S. When he mentioned that he was going to put a self defense out on BJJFanatics the only thought that came to mind was, "about time?!" With everything that's going on in this day and age, knowing how to defend yourself should definitely be a top, if not number one priority. Thank you Profé and I look forward to your next instructional videos. I'm asking him for his autograph the next time I see him. It'll be worth a small fortune one day. lol. Aim High!

This is an awesome addition to become a specialist of the guillotine. Firas doesn't show setups/entries into a guillotine like a trap or finishing details. He shows followups after you enter a guillotine scenario or a guillotine failure and continue to dominate the exchange. He gets straight to the point without putting you to sleep and gives you a spark notes version instead of stretching it out. Thanks Coach loved the details you provided 👍�

Danaher addresses seven different variations of the Kimura based upon their high percentage of success at a world class level. He stresses the duality of the Kimura as not only a submission but a restraining hold when and explains when and how to use either. What I found to be most useful is its ability bridge the gap between the triangle, crucifix, and back attack. If you want to end your scrambles in a winning position, I highly suggest you purchase this instructional.

Thanks coach for sharing your art with us! I really enjoyed seeing the possiblity of what my jiujitsu game could really become. Even if you can't strike at your jiujitsu school you can simulate striking by going for a collar or just visualizing when your anchor your positions.
