The Great Escapes by Chris Haueter
As one of BJJ's "Dirty Dozen," Prof. Haueter has an uncanny ability to to convey the larger concepts through a vast arsenal of time-tested techniques. I appreciate the way Chris always hammers home the street- and art-aspects of jiujitsu. Along with familiar faces from some of Chris's prior vids, like Prof. Melissa Haueter and Sam Kressin, Jay Elder makes an awesome addition to the Combat Base team of instructors. His breakdown of details is fantastic! Also, the camerawork in this video is exceptional too.

Bernardo is a master at the fundamentals. I would highly recommend this series as the fundamentals are truly what separate the good from the great. The video quality is great and Bernardo’s efficient teaching approach and methods will take you from bjj zero to hero fast!

If you wanna be an assassin from the half guard position this is the series for you! Lachlan had a way of breaking down techniques and making them easier to understand. The details make all the difference and this series has no shortage of details. The video quality is good and his teaching approach is excellent!

The Modern No Gi X Guard by Jon Satava
Not gonna lie, I had no idea who Satava was so getting this felt like a gamble but it was well worth the money. The details about the various sweeps and how to connect them have been helpful and the teaching format is concise with no time wasted repeating things that could just be rewinded. Overall this instructional has made me familiar X guard in a way that watching YouTube just hasn't done. My only gripe is that I didn't buy this sooner, 10/10

Truck The World by Geo Martinez
Geo does an awesome job breaking down and showing a new twist on entries to the truck! Otherwise known as crossbody ride if I'm not mistaken. You won't be disappointed with the knowledge you gain from this instructional. Even if your school isn't crazy about leg locks you can definitely use this instructional to put your gym mates into unfamiliar positions and use that to transition to the back, etc. I definitely became a fan of his after viewing his instructional.

Junny's No Gi Fundamentals & Concepts: Guard Retention, Closed Guard, Flower Sweep by Junny Ocasio
I was first sceptical about the price and if it's worth it. But let me tell you, after just watching the first two parts of the instructional and being aware of the details while rolling, people in my gym started complaining because of the improvements on my guard game haha! Junny is a great teacher and structures the stuff amazingly well without letting any details out or making things to complicated. His teaching style is simply amazing and suits me way better than some of the other big names on this platform. His instructionals are gems and worth every penny. I could not recommend him enough! :)

The Turtle Guard Revisited by Eduardo Telles
As a former wrestler getting into BJJ, one of my biggest flaws has been my tendency to 'table up', which gives up my back. In wrestling, that table position can be a lot more advantageous than its cousin the turtle in BJJ. This video has helped me understand how to transition into and out of that position in an intelligent and productive way. Highly recommended!

Kimura Hunting by Kazushi Sakuraba
Be warned! This is nothing like pretty much any other video I have ever seen. Someone is translating, it’s maybe not as structured as some others and there’s someone with a Lucha mask involved. All that said, if you can get past that, Sakuraba delivers some great insights — and shows a remarkable sense of humor — in this unique video. It’s not for everyone, most likely, but those who approach this video with an open mind will get some great new ideas for the kimura.

Mobility Fundamentals: Grapplers Guide To Warm Up & Cool Down by Michael Sergi
I definitely recommend this video, it's one of the cheaper ones which makes it completely worth it. Usually mobility videos are very long and drawn out, but Michael Sergi here did a very good job at giving clear and concise instructions. Also I really enjoy the movements and exercises. The only reason why I didn't give this 5 star rating it's because I would've liked some specific mobility drills for articulations like the knees, ankles, elbows and wrists.
