Marvin is well known for his excellent leglock game. In these videos he shows you first how to escape all of the common leglock positions and then in the second video he shows you how to counter leglocks , getting you into good positions , and finishing with a variety of subs —-chokes, arm locks, and leglocks. I highly recommend this video series for all serious Jiu Jitsu students.

Basics To Advanced: The Low Knee Shield by Aaron Benzrihem
If there's a half guard instructional out there, chances are I have seen it. That being said, this one definitely stands above the rest. I really like the way A-Aron approaches what he calls the "Attack" position, and he does a great job articulating how he transitions from the low knee shield to adjacent positions. Highly recommended!

If you are a bjj practitioner looking to get stronger and enjoy power lifting, this is the dvd. Dante does a great job explaining the Westside conjugate method as well demonstrating the lifts. Included is a sample program that was designed by a Westside trainer specifically for Dante. Highly recommend!!!

Travis Stevens always adds a lot of insightful details and subtleties to many standard judo-style choking techniques. He is always very clear and is careful to highlight typical mistakes. Really excellent stuff even for experienced players. That said, the one drawback to this particular video was the lack of a linked, table of contents to each technique which I thought was standard for online video instructionals. It's easy enough to bookmark the techniques you want but it is difficult to get a single view of all the techniques without viewing the video in its entirety.

Exceptional series. The small effective details completely frustrate and place your opponent on the offence from a defensive position. I've had the opportunity to train with Wim at a few camps and have felt it in action. The slowness of the game is non threatening to your opponent until they realize it is too late. I have other series from Wim and can recommend them with out hesitation. This elite level series will not disappoint!!!
