Jason goes through taking and keeping back control in wonderful detail that should keep you from ever losing back control again. It has me thinking about how I'm going to be able to counter it once people catch on. 🙃

Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older and Less Athletic - Bottom game: Gi by John Danaher
Honestly probably the best instructional I’ve ever seen. Completely changed my gi guard game immediately and for the better. Now I’m devouring all of Danaher’s stuff. I’ve bought too many okay instructionals over the years. Danaher’s stuff is miles ahead of anyone else’s in my opinion.

Nice surprise to my takedown game
Inside Trips For Champions by Henry Cejudo
I have had a surprising amount of success with this move. People don't seem to be expecting this move, especially as a follow up to an initial "failed" takedown. Henry does a great job explaining this move. It's a simple move, but it isn't an easy one to pull off. You gotta believe in the move!

The Modern No Gi X Guard by Jon Satava
I found the instructional useful but a little disappointed that there wasn't a greater level of exploration of the X guard, particularly leg lock entries. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to develop a more nuanced guard game in No Gi
