Takedown Tactics: Arm Drag Drills for Wrestling Success by Jamill Kelly
As a bjj brown belt trying to catch up on my wrestling… I found this super helpful in understanding the arm drag. Have been applying it in the practice room every day.

The Guard Retention Anthology: Through The Legs and Close Range by Lachlan Giles & Ariel Tabak
This retention instructional by Lachlan Giles is phenomenal. Lachlan does a great job of explaining the layers of the guard and what should be prioritized as your opponent is working towards guard passes going through the legs at close range. I was able to improve my ability to create distance and set up attacks from an open guard position while keeping my opponent at bay. 10/10 would recommend.
Great Instructional From The Bad Guy
Wrestling Fundamentals From The Bad Guy by Chael Sonnen
I wrestled in junior high and high school over 20 years ago, so it was great to rehash the fundamentals with Uncle Chael. He does an excellent job explaining setups to takedowns, chain wrestling, bottom wrestling, drills and more.

The quintessential John Wayne sweep instructional!
Knee Lever John Wayne Sweep Engineering by Adam Wardzinski
Adam does a great job articulating the mechanics of hitting the John Wayne sweep and gets into different attack and sweep options when using the John Wayne sweep to off balance an opponent/training partner. I was able to go right into training and hit the sweep with a higher percentage and have been able to begin exploring other options using the sweep as an off balance. I couldn't recommend this instructional enough.
Great series
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Excellent teaching
Excellent instructional!
The Choi Bar became one of my favorite submissions when I first learned it at the gym. In this tutorial, Yongwon Choi takes a deep dive into the mechanics of setting up and finishing the Choi Bar from various positions. I've found the instructional very useful and have been able to apply some of the lessons on the mats.

Don't Be Finished: Edging Yourself Out of Danger by Craig Jones
His instructional is awesome, like all his other instructionals. This video is intended to cover what jones considers the basic escapes, which do not match up exactly with what the gracies or probably your instructor would consider the foundational escapes. Very useful. The "keep jiu jitsu ***" tshirt is very distracting, wish he did not wear that. I'm pretty sure my wife has grave concerns about me because she saw me watching a craig jones instructional while wearing that shirt. But like I said, great instructional, like the other craig jones instructionals. best teacher on bjj fanatics imo by far.
Deeeep dive into the standings game.
