There is SO much information in this video series, and all of it is top quality. Danaher is one of the best in the business, and it really shows here. His attention to detail is unparalleled. He walks through dozens of scenarios and breaks down the moves in detail in ways that are simple and realistic. I can't recommend this video series enough.

High Percentage Chokes: No Gi by Lachlan Giles
I absolutely LOVE this instructional and have re-visited it over and over again throughout the years. Lachlan in an incredible instructor--his directions are clear and precise, and the dvd is organized in a way that makes sense 1) if you're viewing chronologically or 2) If you're skipping around. more importantly, his dvd has leveled up my front headlock game significantly. while he talks about individual chokes, which IS helpful, what's really helpful is how he explains the connections between chokes, showing so many possibilities. finally, my fave darce set up I learned from this video, and it works on anyone regardless of size! this is my fave instructional ever

This is being lost on modern JJ because it's not flashy, and it's a process to learn how to adjust and shift your weight correctly. Compared to flashy berinbolos, it's not that fun; but if you've ever felt Henry's pressure, or watched him make BBs feel like white belts, you know this is where magic happens. This is a great overview with clear and concise info from Henry on this critical JJ skill. Def recommend.
