Instructional was detailed and gave me a good set of sequences to branch out from fundamentals. Watched several times over to make sure I understood some of the more detailed movements positioning and was able to implement the entry’s and following attacks in live sparring fairly quickly. Overall great and helped me improve

This is a great complement to the companion instructional covering Foot Sweeps and Trips. Between the two, that one covers safer takedowns, while this one has the flashier, higher amplitude throws. Bigger risks to set up, but also a bigger reward when you can land them.

This course really clarified my understanding of takedowns as not so only about the motion of the throw but about WHEN to do that motion (as far as stance, movement and balance-yours and theirs). Neil Adams is a judo legend and an awesome coach. I'm so glad I got this course!
