Escapes Engineered For Guys Over 40 by Thomas Rozdzynski
Love this instructional. If you drill the techniques you will find they work well, despite the simplicity. I found it easy to understand and I have learned to deal with such annoying positions like the gift wrap and technical mount. The concepts are also very helpful.

Perfect foot positions from Z-guard
Mastering The Giggler Sweep by Sean Roberts
Really good instructional. His giggler sweep works perfectly from Z-guard without having to change foot positions (normally a knee lever is taught with upper foot stepping on lower foot). People rarely see the sweep coming. I've just been working the basic giggler sweep 1.0. It's great. Hopefully going to work on giggler 2.0 soon.
T-bag Kimura escapes already working
Edging Your Way Out Of Danger: Submission Escapes - BDSM Jitsu by Craig Jones
Craig is da bomb. Always enjoy watching this guys instructionals and Instagram antics. I like his instructionals because he often has some creative / original moves. I kept getting T-bag Kimura'd for a couple of weeks and tried his escapes in this instructional and they work like a charm. Can't wait to try the rest of his stuff. Waiting patiently for the Only fans with Gabi. :-)
