The Daisy Fresh Curriculum: White Belt Bundle by Heath Pedigo
Gets off a little rocky, but hits its stride. I thought all things represented in this were great and informative, good moves I'd not seen for the most part, stuff works, I like all the positions and angles, and liked Heath, but I couldn't help but feel like that last star wasn't hit, just being honest, but definitely worth picking up for someone daisy fresh! You will learn alot!
Very informational for beginner
I enjoyed this, and felt like alot of things were covered I had questions about, would have been just a little nicer if positional and rolling philosophy was covered a little more, and it is sometimes with clear insight on it but yeh.
