Great techniques and concepts
Jordan Teaches Bottom Half Guard by Jordan Preisinger
I really enjoyed the techniques in these videos. As a smaller guy, I often get stuck in bottom side or bottom half, so I'm continuously working on how to get better from the bottom. Ive already been able to use a few things from these videos and look forward to practicing more of them and incorporating them into my game
Excellent instruction - great emphasis on posture and body position.
