Professor Danaher delivers on so many levels. The audio is always clear, the video is never out of focus, time stamps to help you find specific content, great understandable presentations every time. I'm 64 with a combat disability rating of 100%. Danaher talks about his hip and knee issues. If he can do the moves, I can too, is how look at it. I've purchased over 20 of his videos and watch and rewatch often. So many videos, so little time to watch them.
